Mother

Sri Haidakhandeshvari Ma

“Om amba ananda rupa cha atma ahladidayini
Apara karuna bhavam parambam nityam namamyaham“

Sri Mahendra, from the “Haidakhandi Sapta Sati”

Om Amba Ma, divine mother, incarnation of mercy and unlimited compassion you bestow supreme joy to my humble soul, Oh, supreme mother of all, to you i will surrender completely and forever.

The tradition to worship the female and the male aspect of god and nature, was build up in every culture. By still being a mystery and an unlimited source of mercy and secrets, these two aspects nourish and complete each other to an united divine energy.

As you might have noticed, in the most religions, specially the monotheistic ones, the female aspect, the female energy is not automatically associated with god. Mostly the female characters in the holy books are interpreted to be side actors and of minor importance.

In the hindu tradition, there are gods as well as numerous goddess. The different goddess are worshipped independently as well as in the  combination with the related god.

Shiva Shakti the is the signification of the divine unity of energies.

Shiva, the divine male energy is nothing without shakti, the female energy and power.

Only these two together can create and act in the world.

Lingam and Yoni are the symbol of „shiva shakti“.

Shakti, means the power of creation, so everything we perceive in the world is seen as the gift and result of the divine mother.

She has many names: Amba, Jagadambe, Durga, Kali, Saraswati, Laxmi and and and….

and Haidakhandeshvari - the divine mother residing in Haidakhan Vishwa Mahadharm, where Babaji appeared in 1970 and left his body to an other level in 1984.

In the Haidakhandi Saptashati, you can get to know more about the divine mother of Haidakhan, with her 108 names and aspects.

JAi MA MA MA

In Rieferath we worship Jagadambe Ma weekly throughout a fire ceremony in the mornings on saturday and sunday at about 6 a.m. This ceremony will take place in the „Dhuni“ (holy fire place) next to the temple in a quiet and inspiring atmosphere.

The mother is not limited to the hindu aspects - in Babajis place, we include every female energy and goddess, even if not spoken out loudly. Maria, as the mother of Jesus, is as well the divine incarnation of the universal divine mother. The mother can reach everyone of us in a different form, way and in every moment. Maybe by just being in nature, waking up early and listening to the beautiful creation of birds, the sound of a flowing river (maybe even in Haidakhan while taking the morning bath at 4 a.m.- its one of the most precious gifts of our Mata Ji).

Amba, as any other goddess or god in the indian mythology has its residence within every soul. So, if we connect with the divine mother throughout the ceremonies or in prayers, we build up as well a fine line to our own female energy, the power of creation within us.

NAVARATTRA - happy happy happy celebration in the name of Jagadambe Ma

Navarattra is a nine-day festival to honor the divine Mata (Mother). In Babajis Ashrams it is celebrated two times a year: chaitra (Spring) and Ashvin (Autum) Navarattra.

During these nine days there will be several poojas (candle ceremonies with mantras), readings (of saptashati and the holy book of devi), fire ceremonies (yagnas and havan), Aarti, as in the daily ashram life and lots and lots of singing, dancing and happiness.

FIRE - as the mother element - has as well the signification of transformation, power and nourishing source - fire is pure shakti - wisdom, power, destruction, transformation, creation, tenderness as well as powerful, straight leadership.

Jagadambe MA is everything, nothing and again everywhere, where you connect with her omnipresence and within yourself - cause she has never left her children, still waiting for them to speak again with her - like a sparkling light waiting to get more and more oxygen to light up completely.

So ,she is there -now - in full power, remember this and be happy with her blessings, she offers joyfully to her creation!

Kali (the blck one) the Destroyer of all forms and the queen above the time

Saraswati, the Shakti Brahmas, Creator of the arts and the music

Saraswati, the Shakti Brahmas, the Creater of Art and Music

Lakschmi (also Laxmi)

the Shakti of Vishnu, Life giving, is for abundance and beauty.
